After years of studying and applying the Law of Attraction in my own life and coaching others to apply these principles, this is what I know for sure: To be successful with LOA, to really make it work for you on a consistent basis, you must raise your dominant vibration. Read on and I’ll explain.
Millions of people throughout the world watched or read The Secret and got very excited that they could be and do and have whatever they desire. So they gave it a try. They created a vision board or practiced appreciation or recited affirmations. After a few weeks or months, however, many of these people were disappointed and frustrated that nothing much had changed for them.
As a result, many new LOA hopefuls concluded that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work. Or, at least, it doesn’t work for them.
If this sounds like you, here’s what you need to know:
What you experience is always a vibrational match to your dominant vibration. Therefore, until you raise your dominant vibration, you will continue to be a vibrational match to your current circumstances.
To experience what you want rather than what you have, you must establish a new, improved dominant vibration. And you can do that by following this handy dandy three-step process:
(1) Start each morning doing something to raise your vibration. It could be meditation, exercise, finding things to appreciate — whatever works for you. When you’ve raised your vibration and you’re feeling good, go to step two.
(2) Spend 15 minutes joyously focusing on your ideal life. Experience 15 minutes of pure pleasure as you visualize and FEEL yourself living the life of your dreams. Savor, bask, and enjoy.
(3) Throughout the day, notice how you feel and consistently choose thoughts that feel better. Replace thoughts that feel bad with thoughts that feel good. By doing this, you are LIVING the Law of Attraction all day every day.
The point is, if you want to make the Law of Attraction work for you, you need to LIVE the Law of Attraction. Not just for a few minutes now and then. Not just when you really really want something or desperately “need” something. But all day every day by feeling as good as you possibly can in every moment.
