How To Use The Emotional Guidance Scale

When you are feeling very low, the good feeling things you want that are not yet present in your reality cannot come to you, because you are not a vibrational match to them. If you can find some way to take small steps up the Emotional Guidance Scale, also known as a Vibrational Scale, until you are feeling better, you will get back into your flow and then you will be heading straight towards your Vibrational Escrow, where all the good stuff is waiting for you.

The Vibrational Scale is like an energetic ladder of feelings and emotional states that you can climb, in order to get to a brighter, more positive place and consequently a higher vibration. Remember that the emotional states listed on the scale are just words and they may mean different things to different people). To someone who speaks no English, they are all meaningless. The main thing to understand here is that some feelings feel better than others and when you feel better you also have access to situations, things, events and outcomes that feel better too.

One reason why many of us fail to manifest is because we attempt what is known as a quantum leap, i.e. we attempt to jump from a low point on the scale, to somewhere quite high. We are not quite a match for the things in that vibrational range, so we fall down again.

It is much simpler and easier to make small movements up the scale. Imagine each step as climbing a rung on the ladder; you can reach the rung below and the rung above, but if you reach for one several rungs away from you, you will fail, as it is simply too far away from you vibrationally.

The feeling to reach for is one of relief. Imagine for e.g. that you have been very upset at something that someone has said to you and you are feeling dreadful. After a while you may begin to feel furious at this person and although that does not feel great either, you notice that this definitely feels better than the hurt feelings. There is a sense of moving up through a range of feelings.

Anger can provide a temporary bridge from some emotions which feel worse. After that you might feel revengeful and there you could find a bit of enjoyment imagining some suitably public put down for e.g. or neglecting to invite then to a social event that just everyone is going to. Well that definitely feels better!

By the way, you don’t have to carry out the revengeful act, just notice the vibrational shift, as you feel the emotion! When you are used to being in revenge, you can reach for something higher up the scale.

A way to use The Vibrational Scale is to identify and declare how you are feeling, then INTENTIONALLY (and this is the key) reach for some thoughts that are vibrationally close to you. For e.g. ANGER will give you some relief if you are feeling DESPAIR. You don’t want to stay here very long, so as soon as you can feel that you have fully entered this state and are at the same time experiencing some RELIEF, you can then reach for a better feeling state.

You needn’t feel that you have to touch every rung. You may be able to reach for something a couple of rungs away. One feeling at a time, one shift up the scale, you can feel better than you do right now.
