Manifestation Exercise #1, the Gratitude List
I guess it was about 10 years ago when I had hit one of the greatest “funks” in my lifetime. A great 15 minute manifestation exercise that will help jump start you to feeling better and creating more of what you want in your life.

Manifestation Exercise #2, Prepaving What You Want
The Law of Attraction is the Law of the Universe that states that what you think about and focus on is what you bring into your life to experience. While most people understand the concept of thinking positively of

Manifestation Exercise # 3, Give the Universe Its Own Task List
Instead of driving yourself crazy, let Universe handle the tasks that you aren’t ready to deal with. The following is an exercise that I have learned from Abraham-Hicks. They refer to is as the Placemat Exercise. However, because I do my tasks list on my computer or in a notebook I started mentally calling it the Universe Task List and the name stuck with me.

Manifestation Exercise #4 – Create More Money With the Prosperity Game
This is another exercise first introduced by Abraham Hicks that I have found to be extremely helpful in creating more money in my life. Quite often many of us say that we want more money. But because the idea of “really having” a lot of money is so foreign to us – we find it very hard to create it from our current experience.

Manifestation Exercise #5 – How to Create What You Want For Your Future
Do you currently have a goal that you would like to attain, but are unsure of what the next step should be in attaining it? Learn how to create a blueprint for your success by being successful now!

Manifestation Exercise #6 – Become the Writer and Director of Your Life
“All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players”. For some reason I have always liked that saying. It just seems to roll easily off the tongue. I can’t even tell you how many times I have heard other people quote it as well.

Manifestation Exercise #7 – Eliminate the Negative Past and Get a Fresh Start
Imagine that you have this friend. Your best friend. A friend who has been through everything with you in life, all of your ups and downs.

Manifestation Exercise #8, Tapping Into Your Higher Self
This exercise is designed to remind you of who you really are. A different kind of meditation technique if you will, to help you get more used to connecting with your Higher Self on a daily basis and to get in touch with the loving, peaceful being that you really are, as opposed to the false identity your ego is trying to convince you that you are.

Manifestation Exercise #9 – List of 100 Things
O.K. So in learning how to use the Law of Attraction you have realized the basics. Think positively – not negatively. Positive brings good results — negative brings bad. I’m pretty sure we all have that part clear.

Manifestation Exercise #10 – How to Quickly Feel Relief From Guilt
As most of us know, the feeling of Guilt is probably one of the hardest emotions to deal with. It is a kind of a punch-in-the-gut feeling you would do just about anything to rid yourself of. It can sometimes make you cringe, want to run away, or do anything humanly possible you can do to make it better.

Manifestation Exercise #11 – Discovering the Hidden Positives Behind the Negatives
This is a good exercise to use when you want to discover what is really going on behind the scenes of your negative experiences. There is something positive beyond them – you just need to discover what it is. You see, your higher self sees beyond time and current circumstances.

Manifestation Exercise #12 – How to Attract & Create a Happier Love Relationship
Ahhh…Relationships. They can provide the highest of highs or the lowest of lows. They can be so addicting…contain so much emotion…and sometimes cause you so many problems you want to scream!

Manifestation Exercise #13- Find Out How Much You Truly Value Yourself
One of the most exciting things I enjoy about constantly studying new books about the Law of Attraction and Spirituality is that I literally learn something new everyday. Even something I may have heard 100 times before can take on a new meaning to me, depending on the new place I am currently standing. I have been studying the Law of Attraction now for almost 20 years, and there have been quite a few shockers along the way that have stood out in my mind.

Manifestation Exercise # 14 – Creating Your Own Spiritual Counsel
This is one of the most fun exercises I have discovered in awhile. I originally got the idea from Paul Piotrowski from InspiredMoneyMaker.com.

Manifestation Exercise #15 – Learn to Soothe Yourself As You Would a Child
O.K. so you have been around for awhile. You have experienced many of life’s ups and downs and have accumulated a lot of knowledge in the process. You know the difference between right and wrong and the pettiness you sometimes have to endure when dealing with the world. You have a pretty good idea of what works and what doesn’t.

Manifestation Exercise #16 – Manifesting Pink Flamingos and Yellow Cars
If you are having a hard time manifesting what you want in life, there is a good chance that you simply need some practice. After all you wouldn’t attempt to run a marathon without a little prior training first. The same goes for the big Manifestations. You can see how it might be difficult going from very poor to very rich in one fell swoop (not impossible), but more difficult, if you haven’t practiced your manifesting technique yet.

Manifestation Exercise #17 – Another Fun Way to Communicate With Your Higher Self
The first time I saw someone use this type of format for communicating with their higher selves was the Conversation With God series by Neale Donald Walsh. I absolutely loved those books when I first read them, and even now, every once in awhile, I am inspired to open one if I am looking for an answer to a question. (That is another Manifestation exercise I will be writing about in the future.

Manifestation Exercise #18 – How to Change the Negative in As Little As 21 Days
Did you know that you can change a negative core belief in only 21 days? Even if it is a thought you have had for 30 years?

Manifestation Exercise #19 – Write a “Future You” Journal
Do you want to have a little fun? If so, then start a “Future You Journal” today. Write a journal describing what your Future You is experiencing and feeling. What your Future You looks like and what a day in the life of the Future You does.

Manifestation Exercise #20 – Give Your Ego a Day Off – Create a Truly Peaceful Day
For one day you will not listen to your ego’s nagging, criticism, or worry. For just for one day you are simply going to “be”.

Manifestation Exercise #21 – Watching For the Signs From Universe
One of the most important things that proved to me that the Law of Attraction was indeed real was my personal experience with synchronicity. The technical definition of Synchronicity is as follows: the experience of two or more events which occur in a meaningful manner, but which are causally un-related. In order to be ‘synchronistic’, the events must be related to one another temporally, and the chance that they would occur together by random chance must be very small when all things come together.

Manifestation Exercise #22 – Today is the Day to Do Something Different
Energy is always moving and changing. But if it feels that nothing is ever changing for you personally, it is for a very simple reason. Day after day you keep making the same decisions.

Manifestation Exercise #23 – Discover How Big Your Higher Self Really Is
The following exercise is designed to show you how “Big” you really are. It is a mental and visual exercise that will help soothe you immediately if you feel you are becoming overwhelmed with a problem or difficult circumstance.

Manifestation Exercise #24 – Going After Your Goal With All of Your Heart
Focus on your goal like a laser beam. If all of your positive intentions and emotions, your heart and soul, are involved in your endeavor, Universe can’t help but respond with the same matching energy.

Manifestation Exercise #25 – Keeping a Spiritual Growth Journal
Don’t you just love it when you read something that gives you that A-ha moment – a great moment of clarity — a “why didn’t that ever dawn on my before?” moment? Don’t you just hate it when two days later you completely forget what the awe-inspiring thought was that caused that feeling? Create a journal today to remember your most awe inspiring moments!

Manifestation Exercise #26 – How to “Really” Lose Weight Using the Law of Attraction
So is it possible to “think” yourself thin? Absolutely! However there are a few other minor steps you need to take. Find out how to really lose weight using The Law of Attraction.

Manifestation Exercise #27 – Attracting the Perfect Love Partner Or Relationship
This is an exercise designed to help you attract “the” dream relationship you have always wanted. It might get a little lengthy (the article and the exercise) but can be extremely enlightening. So here we go.

Manifestation Exercise #28 – Mastering the Art of Allowing
One of the hardest concepts to deal with when it comes to the Law of Attraction is the part about allowing. We are told that we are supposed to state our desires, believe that they are being brought to us then step aside and “allow” it to happen. But as you have probably seen for yourself this can sometimes be extremely hard to do.

Manifestation Exercise #29 – The Self Appreciation List
So, you want the Law of Attraction to work for you. You ask Universe (or your higher self, if your prefer) for a list of things that you would like to attract into your life, but time and time again they don’t seem to be forthcoming.

Manifestation Exercise #30 – Faking it Till You Make It
I’ve recently just read a book titled How Come That Idiot’s Rich and I’m Not? by Robert Shemin. (I bought it because I absolutely loved the title!
